Design background

새롭게 개장한 청계천 세운상가는 많은 우리가 살아가는 도시와 그 도시가 만들어낸 문화를 대변한다. 철거와 재개발로 기억의 흔적들을 잃어가는 서울에 도시재생이라는 주제로 재탄생한 세운상가에서 서울에서 그 동안 발생했던 도시재생 사례들을 모아서 전시하는 프로젝트이다.

 연세대학교 건축학부 교수님과 건축가, 그래픽 디자이너, 인터렉트브 아티스트, 영상작가들이 모여서 기획한 전시이다.

연결,숨겨짐,보여짐,기억의 켜란 주제로 도시 재생의 과정과 이 전시에서 제안하는 미래를 보여주는 것이 기획의도이다.

Design background

The newly opened Cheonggaecheon Shopping Center represents the many cities we live in and the cultures it has created. It is a project to collect and display the cases of urban regeneration that happened in Seoul at Seun Store, where memories are being rebuilt and reconstructed in Seoul.

It is an exhibition that was organized by Yonsei University’s architecture professor, architect, graphic designer, interective artist, and video artist.

Retrospective futures - Seoul regeneration

It is intended to show the process of urban regeneration and the future proposed in this exhibition under the topics of Continuous, Invisible, Visible and Layers.

The illumination and connection of the memory traces and reproduction.
